Our Story

Venture Point Properties was founded by Eli Glover and Darby Denson, two entrepreneurs who first discussed the idea while on vacation together. What started as a lighthearted conversation quickly evolved into something much bigger. The more they talked about the possibilities, the more they realized they shared a vision of building a company focused on property management, co-hosting services, guest experience, and real estate growth.

Rather than letting the idea remain just another dream, Eli and Darby got to work. They spent countless hours researching the industry, developing business strategies, creating operational plans, and laying the foundation for what would eventually become Venture Point Properties. While they had developed a strong vision and a solid game plan, they knew they needed additional leadership to help bring that vision to life.

During another vacation, Eli and Darby met Peyton J. Brewer. Through numerous conversations, Peyton shared his experience working in corporate operations, financial management, property services, maintenance coordination, team leadership, and business development. As the discussions continued, it became clear that Peyton possessed the knowledge and experience necessary to help transform their vision into a reality.

After careful consideration, Eli and Darby extended an offer to Peyton to join Venture Point Properties and assist with financial planning, operational development, and strategic growth. Upon joining the company, Peyton immediately began building the financial infrastructure needed to support future expansion. His work helped establish operational processes, financial controls, investor relations, and long-term planning strategies that positioned the company for growth.

Recognizing his leadership and contributions, the Executive Team later appointed Peyton as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Today, Peyton oversees the financial operations of Venture Point Properties while continuing to support company strategy, growth initiatives, and organizational development.

With a strong foundation in place, Eli and Darby focused on expanding the company's presence within their communities. Through relationship building, networking, and direct outreach, they successfully established partnerships with property owners, property managers, maintenance professionals, cleaning teams, and service providers across multiple markets.

Together, the leadership team has worked tirelessly to build a company focused on professionalism, reliability, and exceptional guest experiences. Through properties that Venture Point Properties owns, manages, or co-hosts, the company has achieved an average guest satisfaction rating of 4.9 stars based on real guest stays and real customer feedback.

Today, Venture Point Properties continues to grow while remaining committed to its founding principles: creating exceptional experiences for guests, delivering value to property owners, building strong community relationships, and pursuing excellence in everything we do.
